Say a small business gets customer inquiries through a form on its website, and everything after that happens by hand.

  • Someone copies each inquiry into a spreadsheet and the CRM.

    Intro call or email

    We spend about 30 minutes talking through what you need and the tools you use now. If a call doesn’t suit you, we can do the whole thing over email instead.

    Proposal

    You get a written scope with the price and timeline before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Build

    We share progress as we go, so you can give feedback early instead of at the end.

  4. 04

    Handoff

    You get the logins, documentation and a walkthrough of everything we built. We can also stay on for ongoing support.
