by downloading or using current, you agree to these terms. please read them carefully. if you do not agree, do not use the app.

license

we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use current on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms of service.

eligibility

you must be at least 13 years old to use current. by using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. if you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

subscriptions and billing

current offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans, billed through your Apple ID:

payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. you can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

refunds

all purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. we do not handle billing directly and cannot issue refunds. to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

free tier

current is free to download and includes a 7-day free trial with access to all features. once the trial period ends, access is limited to the today page for logging your current state. history, insights, and widget themes require an active subscription.

not medical or therapeutic advice

current is a self-awareness tool designed to help you notice patterns in how you feel. it is not a medical device, mental health service, or substitute for professional care. nothing in the app constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. if you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

acceptable use

you agree not to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or misuse the app. you may not use current in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

intellectual property

all content, design, and code within current are owned by or licensed to us. you may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

disclaimer of warranties

current is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. use of the app is at your own risk.

limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of current. our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
