Terms of Use
By using Halo, you agree to these terms.
License
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Halo on any Apple device you own, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms.
Eligibility
You need to be at least 13 to use Halo. Under 18, make sure you have a parent or guardian's permission.
Subscriptions and Billing
Halo has auto-renewing subscription plans billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown at checkout.
Payment hits your Apple ID at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. You can also manage it at apple.com/account.
Refunds
All billing goes through Apple. We can't issue refunds directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
Free Tier
Halo is free to download. Free users get onboarding, search, and the daily number. Alerts and the journal need a subscription.
Just for Fun
Halo is for entertainment and personal reflection. Angel numbers, numerology, and life path content are meant to inspire, not advise. Don't use anything in this app as a substitute for professional, financial, psychological, or spiritual guidance.
Acceptable Use
Don't reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app. Don't use Halo in ways that break the law.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Halo belong to us. Don't reproduce or redistribute any of it without written permission.
No Warranties
Halo is provided as-is. We can't promise it'll always work perfectly. Use it at your own risk.
Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using Halo. If there's ever a claim, our liability is capped at what you paid in the three months before it.
Termination
We can cut off access if you break these terms. You can stop using Halo anytime by deleting the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Keep using Halo after an update and you've accepted the new version.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law.
